What’s in Kuchar’s bag for 2020?

Equipment editor Hannah Holden takes a look at the Bridgestone clubs Matt Kuchar has in his bag for 2020

Matt Kuchar carries pretty much a bag full of Bridgestone clubs but the nine-time PGA Tour winner does have a few other interesting clubs in his bag.

Golfers in the UK won’t be that familiar with Bridgestone as a golf hardware brand but with Tiger Woods and Bryson DeChambeau using their ball, they have certainly grown in presence.

Anyway, let’s take a look in the American’s bag…

What’s in Kuchar’s bag?

Kuchar is currently gaming the Bridgestone Tour B JGR driver which he pairs with the TaylorMade M6 fairway wood.

He carries two hybrids, a 18 degree Bridgestone Tour B XD-H, and a five-year-old Ping Anser in 20 degrees. He then has the Bridgestone J15CB irons from five iron down to pitching wedge.

He carries a mixture of wedges with a Bridgestone J4o Forged wedge in 52 degrees. He then has two Cleveland wedges a RTX-4 wedge in 57 degrees and a RTX-3 in 62 degrees.

Kuchar has his own bespoke model of Bettinardi putter which he uses along with his customary arm-lock grip.
